SMARTS: SPIN Matching and Research Transmittal Service

The SPIN Matching and Research Transmittal Service (hereafter referred to as SMARTS) is an email alert service that allows you to match key elements of your profile to funding opportunities found in the SPIN database. All San Diego State University faculty and staff who are interested in identifying funding sources are encouraged to use this system and our Faculty Interest Profile System (FIPS).  The SMARTS e-mail service can be found under the 'My Profile' tab in the left hand navigation after logging into the InfoEd System.
