Delivery Methods & Timing

As a general rule, delivery of the merchandise and service to the cardholder shall be at the time of the transaction. However, because of the nature of the service we provide, we will have exceptions to the general rule.

For intellectual property orders like books, literature, brochures and other seminar materials, delivery of the items shall be made at the time of sale. In certain cases where delayed delivery is necessary, the customer may pay a deposit at the time of the transaction and the balance due upon delivery of the merchandise. In such cases, there will be two receipts issued for the transaction, one for the deposit and another for the balance. The receipts shall display the words “DEPOSIT” and “BALANCE” as appropriate. We will obtain two authorizations, one for the deposit and another for the balance. The receipt will likewise display the word “DELAYED DELIVERY”.

For class registrations, seminars, convocations and other functions where pre-registration is necessary, the general rule is that service is delivered upon registration. We will inform the cardholder of the exact date of the class and the event as well as all the requirements that have to be met so that the registration will be accepted.

Settlement of the deposit shall be made within five (5) business days of the transaction date.
